Amy has been helping Mamas remember their little loves for the last few years and is now looking for an Administrative Assistant to help with the day-to-day management of the business. If you are highly organised, absolutely lovely with an admin brain, then we’d love to talk with you about joining our small team!
The role will begin at 10 hours per week with the potential to increase the load in the near future. Work from home and within flexible times that suit you but ideally the 10 hours would be split over 5 days (Mon-Fri).
Key skills required:
Sound knowledge of CRM Dubsado (or be very quick to learn)
Fast learner of project management software Asana and Trello
Tech savvy a MUST and not be scared to learn new software
Must take initiative
Be excited about helping establish efficient workflows and processes
Eye for details
Social media experience would be a plus
Must be able to meet deadlines
Must be generally lovely and personable
Overseeing Amy’s client calendar
Email support and management
Online Store Sales and product management
Overseeing Amy’s mentoring clients & day-plans
Overseeing client lead times
Other things to note:
This is a subcontracting position and successful applicant will be expected to have their own ABN and invoice Amy directly.
The successful person will be Melbourne based.
This role could suit a highly organised stay at home Mum or someone that would like to set their own hours. This role is offsite (work from home) but would require a monthly in person catchup with Amy in Blackburn, Vic.
